This Privacy Policy explains how the Planning Poker app ("the App"), provided by Aioomi ("we", "us", "our"), handles data when you use it inside Jira Cloud. It applies only to the Planning Poker app. Your use of Jira and of the Atlassian Marketplace is also covered by Atlassian's own privacy policy.
Planning Poker is an Atlassian Forge app. It runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. We do not operate our own servers, we do not move your data outside Atlassian's cloud, and we do not use analytics, cookies, or advertising trackers. We do not sell your data.

We use the data listed above only to provide the App's features: showing participants in a room, recording votes, revealing results, summing team estimates, and writing the agreed estimate back to the Jira issue. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
All App data is stored using Atlassian Forge storage, hosted on Atlassian's infrastructure. Aioomi does not run separate databases or hosting services, and the App does not send your data to any server outside Atlassian's cloud.
When you finish a round, the App reads the selected Jira issue and, on your behalf, can add a comment with the result and write the estimate to a numeric field. These actions use the permissions you granted when the App was installed, through Atlassian's secure API. The App only accesses the issues you choose to estimate.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not share your data with any third party. Atlassian provides the infrastructure and storage on which the App runs and acts as our infrastructure provider. Atlassian's handling of data is governed by Atlassian's own agreements and privacy policy.
App data is kept only while it is needed for the feature that uses it. Room data, members, votes, and history remain while the room exists. When a room is deleted by its creator, its data is removed. When the App is uninstalled from your Jira site, the associated App data is removed. The App also takes part in Atlassian's privacy reporting: on a regular cycle it reports the account identifiers it holds, and if Atlassian indicates that an account has been closed or its personal data has changed, the App erases or refreshes that account's stored data. You can also ask us to delete data associated with your account by contacting us at the address below.
The App relies on the security of the Atlassian Forge platform, including encryption in transit and at rest and Atlassian's access controls, under Atlassian's shared responsibility model for Forge apps. We follow Atlassian's Marketplace security requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aioomi_at_support@aioomi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because the App runs on Atlassian's infrastructure, any transfer of data across regions is handled by Atlassian. Please refer to Atlassian's own documentation on data residency and international transfers.
The App is intended for use in a workplace by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the Marketplace listing.
